Founder & Principal Consultant
Shannon founded Capital Recruiting in 2019 after spending over a decade in client services. What she loves most about the recruitment world is the ability to see how much of an impact prioritizing the people part of each business can positively impact company growth. Shannon has developed an uncompromising ability to deeply understand each unique company culture and support her clients find the right people for their roles.
Shannon has a bachelor's Degree from the University of Ottawa in Organizational Communication and HRM and is currently pursing her CHRL.

Business Development Manager
With a passion for building relationships and having worked in customer-facing roles for 15+ years, Colin joined Capital Recruiting to help expand our growing business and establish relationships with new clients. People are the most important part of any company, and having the opportunity to help our clients find the best people to thrive with them is what matters most.
Colin is a graduate of Algonquin College's Business Administration program and enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling to new places, playing music, and enjoying coastal life in Wilmington NC.
